When is my shipment free of costs?

In Europe, shipping is free of charge for orders over EUR 150, and the same applies to the USA and Australia.

Why do I have to pay duty and tax, when it arrives in my country outside of Europe?

We are responsible for ensuring that your goods arrive safely and as quickly as possible in the destination country. However, the handling of tax is so different from country to country that it is easier if the customer does it himself. To balance the price we have decided to offer free shipping to the USA, Japan and Australia from 150 EUR.
